  Replaced an existing sidewalk. Not acceptable. They did the job a second time. Worse than the first. I sent pictures and pointed out a crack that appeared less than a year later. No response.

  We have a stone walkway and patio that is over 12 years old and desperately needed acid wash, power washing and sealing. They did a great job and even patched some of the wall surrounding the patio. It looks brand new and I was very happy with the outcome.

  I hired Cornerstone Masons to inspect/sweep/service three chimneys in my investment property in Lexington, Kentucky. They were no shows both times, leaving me badly in the lurch with tenants/AirBnB guests. After the first no-show, I reached out to them to ask what happened. Phillip was apologetic, said he dropped the ball and rescheduled the services. Once again, they were a no-show. I called their office 3x to inquire updates and to remind them they were due to service. Despite all of that, they were a no-show and, once again, no call to explain or reschedule. A HUGE waste of time and energy.
