I hardly ever write a negative review but I had no choice on this one…
They installed a flatbed trailer on my truck a while ago for me, and at first it seemed ok. Yet, the diesel and DEF outlets have never worked. The def outlet just leaks every time I put some in, because the hoses are all different sizes and at a 90 degree angle. I still cannot fill up my Diesel tank without putting the diesel in my spare tank first. Every 10 seconds the fuel stops pumping in the normal tank. I’ve made it work over time by only fueling up through my spare tank and just knowing when I put in DEF it’ll leak all over the place.
I’ve tried to fix it multiple times, but cannot without replacing the entire system of hoses.
I’m writing the review today; because I just got back from a reputable flatbed dealer and they said that the def tank was installed too low, the Diesel tank outlet isn’t legal and hoses installed poorly, and the whole bed was put on off centered.
In order to fix it, they are going to have to change all the hoses, the location of the Diesel outlet, and raise where the DEF enters the truck. Going to be quite a job…
Again, I hate writing bad reviews; but this flatbed they put on continues to cause me issues and today it reached its boiling point.

Called last Thursday to get an estimate on the trailer. Didn’t hear anything from them so called yesterday to follow up. They said they have been busy and the estimate was in the office and they would call back in an hour. Never heard anything back so sent a question mark in a text to remind them the next day. Received a call stating that they decided they wasn’t going to give a quote on the job. When asked why he just stated a change of plans. He was very short with his conversation and sounded mad.

Hidden gem in central Kentucky! The manufacturer of my 2015 trailer told me I would need to buy a whole new window to stop the leaking in my tack room, but Double O was able to re-seal it for a fraction of what a new window would have cost. Very fair prices for regular maintenance, too.

I bought a norstar sd bed from these guys. I didn’t have the bed on for a year and it started to rust out. The doors began to leak as well. There is suppose to be a warranty with this bed but I can’t get a call back from double o. Well it would be nice for you to call and tell me that instead of 6 months later making a response!

We have been taking our horse trailers to Double O for many years now; both work farm and personal farm trailers. Great service! Recently; I had a GN Hitch installed in my truck; I was excited to get my new trailer and they fit me in the very next day; Friday. On Sunday; I discovered a small issue; unavailing me to pick up said new trailer. Sid from Double O CAME TO MY HOUSE to make the quick fix; on a Sunday; in his church clothes! If that is not good old fashion customer service than I don't know what is. Thanks guys for taking in all of my trailers and making them better!

Our trailer broke down traveling from Indiana to the Paris Stockyard. We called last night to make arrangements for someone to come and fix it today. Sid came and took the trailer to their shop, repaired the axle and replaced the bearing, brought the truck and trailer back to the stockyard. They are very professional and we were glad to get the cattle loaded and head home safely.

Couldn't find a better place to have any trailer work done. An added bonus is they helped us figure out why our lights didn't work, which was actually a part on our truck.....

In the middle of town, this out of the way trailer sales and repair company is a hidden treasure. If you need any kind of help with any trailer these are a great go to company.
