  They were very accommodating, when our scheduled vehicle was not available, we wanted the 7-passenger van, they gave us a Nissan Armada, they consider it to be an upgrade but didn’t charge us 👍

  Luke, one of the agents at Paris/Georgetown KY. Picked us up put us in a Malibu with all the bells and whistles. He also was very knowledgeable about what are discount would be because of Enterprise rental cars relationship with Progressive insurance we didn't have to search for it. He's just want a helluva good guy.

  Made an online reservation, showed up, got my rental. Got where I needed to go, returned it on time and had no issues. Staff are super friendly. Easy in and out. Much faster than renting from the airport.
