Can honestly say one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. I’ll start off by saying I never leave reviews anywhere but I felt it was my due diligence to leave one to avoid someone else from experiencing this. Took almost 3 hours to open various accounts.( I can overlook that part of the situation). Then went up to meet the teller with the banker who opened the accounts. The teller combined my money with a fellow customers in the cash counter. The teller then proceeded to absolutely bash us (the customers) for what just happened. Last time I checked it’s the tellers who operate the cash counters behind the desk. She was so nasty with her tone and approach. Instead saying it was a accident on their end and sorting it out she blamed us for it and said we need to have all cash counted so then they wouldn’t have to use the machine. SHE ADDITIONALLY added in that she was taught proper banking practices by her mother as a child and we clearly had no idea what we were doing at the counter. Crazy how she was the one who messed everything up and lost her cool but it’s the customers fault. Additionally I find it unbelievable that the branch manager standing next to her would let her treat customers this way and not intervene. I was truly shocked at the whole situation. After that statement, I decided to tell them to cancel my new accounts and I’d be taking business elsewhere. I would highly suggest avoiding this branch at all cost!!!

We went in and opened an account today. We opened seven accounts between the two of us. We spent two hours opening accounts. We went up to the teller line to make our first deposits. I gave the lady my cash and she went to run it through the machine. The other teller yelled and said not to use it she had money going in that machine. They looked at me and sai how much did you give us because we have no idea how much is yours and the other person. Both tellers were rude and blamed it on me. I spoke with the branch manager and said close all the accounts we just opened. She could have cared less. This is the worst bank if have ever been in. They had no idea how to open our accounts as well. Stay far away from this branch.

I had an issue with a hold from a hotel and Dianne went out of her way to help me get my issue resolved. The entire staff that day was so compassionate and understanding!

An old blonde woman at the front counter made me very uncomfortable. She made me feel like I was below her when I asked for help just because I'm a little attractive and had only a very small balance in my bank account(less than 650). I've never felt so humiliated in my life. To make things worse, it wasn't even close to rush hour there. I feel sorry for her co-workers and the bosses that have put up with her. I wonder what her big boss is like to be able keep someone like that on.

The motto of this bank should be making banking a fifth third harder. They are so uncooperative. My 15 year old son was given a check by someone who banks there and they didn’t want to cash it because he didn’t have an account or an ID. Well he is homeschooled so he doesn’t have a student ID. they made exception this one time and then charged us to cash the check. We have not had this experience with any other bank in town.

Agree this bank has the WORST customer service. All the Fifth Third customer service 800# people also. The Paris branch rarely can answer a question and when they say they will get back to you they rarely do. The phone almost always is not answered to make the frustration even more extreme. It used to just ring, but now it goes to a voicemail telling you to go to their website/app. Really terrible bank. If they had another national bank in town as competition, everyone would leave. The friendly hello is always nice when you walk in... but when you need something besides a check cashed, they are pretty useless.

this bank in Paris KY is a joke and I will NEVER do buisness with them again! the Manager that looks like he is a fry short of a happy meal is a complete DICK! I went to their ATM got money out to pay the school to find one of my 20's was almost 1/2 way gone and they basically told me to f**k off!

I went in to cash a check that was written from a fifth third bank account. Dee was an extremely rude and inconsiderate bank teller. She repeatedly told me the exact same thing and in a tone that made her sound like she was talking down to me. Although I am younger and prettier than her (she looks older than a mummy) I am capable of understanding and holding a conversation. On the other hand, she could not grasp the concept that I was trying to get at and kept talking down to me. All in all, I ended up taking my business else where and will never go back there again because of this vile woman. Dee, if you are reading this, you need to work on your people skills and your crazy eyes.

STAY AWAY! THEY WILL THROW FEES AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY THEY HAVE INCLUDING MAKING THEM UP. EVEN THOUGH OVERDRAFT PROTECTION WAS REMOVED, ANYONE TRYING TO TAKE MONEY FROM THE ACCOUNT CAN HAVE IT SO THEY CAN CHARGE OVERDRAFT FEES. WORST BANK I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!!

I wouldn't recommend this bank for anything. Especially a mortgage. Rick Davies is incompetent. My wife has been in real estate for over 20 years. Both on the legal side and on the banking side. She would say you need this document , and he would say nope. Two days would pass, and he would say he needed it. He told us we would close on or before one date, then change it. After telling him repeatedly that our son would be here for a while before we came down. He started all the paperwork as if we were going to be. Which shouldn't matter as long as the loan is paid. After five weeks of saying nothing to us, he suddenly started the whole process from the beginning. Now our son and his girlfriend have given their notice to both their landlord and their jobs to be here looking for work. The bank had to turn the process over to his supervisor. My son and I had to sign paperwork at the bank when we got down here. Rick Davies wouldn't as much as acknowledge us, and trust me he knew we were talking about him. He walked on by like we were not even there. Head to the floor, went and hid behind the tellers. Instead of closing in the beginning of July it ended up being the end, if Tyler hadn't stepped in I think it would have been in August. As soon as we can refinance, we will be out of that bank. I wouldn't let my grandchildren cash their piggy banks there. I started a checking account at another bank in town.
