I got two thermal shirts in there and out of the kids clothes you could plainly tell them was not XL in adult. Still I got charged the price of adult. Goodwill sucks anymore on prices and their employees except for couple of them. That's why I barely go there anymore and for sure won't now not to this one anyway

I received a voucher from community action for 100 to purchase a couch and the couches were way out of the price range and I was told I had to use the entire voucher at one time. I came into the store and showed the person working the voucher to make sure everything was adequate in which they said it was. I was in the store with daughter for 2 hours and we have hardly nothing but beds, no couch, no kitchen table, very few cooking utensils so I found a 15 microwave, a 10 air fryer and a crock pot and the rest clothes. When I got up to the front, the very rude lady and store assistant manager told me I was not allowed to purchase anything but clothes when it clearly states on the voucher that it is redeemable for all items, including clothing, household items, etc. I called Community Action this morning and verified that I am correct and sadly thats the only place I can use the voucher. I had a whole cart of stuff put away because someone chose not to do their job. My daughter was so upset because she thought we were finally gonna have things to making cooking easier for her since I work evenings. Rudest customer service I've ever had by an assistant manager, the cashier was very friendly apologizing for her managers behavior.

Well kept-store -- one of the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen –– with a very nice selection. Prices have increased just a little but still my favorite Goodwill. 👍

We need to quit giving to Goodwill. It is nothing but greed anymore. This location had a pair of $30 shoes marked up to $290.00 in the showcase. Not only that but, while a customer was checking out, the cashier called over a manager to have a couple dishes repriced/upcharged (even though they had a regular price stick). That’s ridiculous! Stop it goodwill, you guys are terrible.

They sell fake expensive items and when you tell them that's a fake they don't correct the price. when they put expensive items on the sales floor with a colored tagged not a special price tag they take it back and say we made a mistake that's actually way more expensive. Don't a shop there. They are just for profit even when the stuff they get is donated for free. Shop at the bargain box down town it's not for profit it all goes to donation.

I was in there just the other day I know I saw 5 employees on the front line only one cash register open I asked was there going to be another cash reg is she said later, Ricky on the cash register is super sweet but very slow, There was 2 buggies in front of me full of merchandise, And I had maybe 2 shirts and it would have took me an hour and a half to ring out maybe longer I left my stuff and walked out, And the price is on the goods home good stuff has really gone outrageous I've seen a sticker from the dollar store on one item that sets $5 on it And they had $8 put on It This a second hand merchandise in your charging and armin a leg, Starting to be very disappointed in this Good will business

Ricky cant work the register. He overcharges, the Line backed up 45min wait & that was only with 1 person in front of me. another employee was trying to help him speed things up, instead of running her own register which would of been 2xs as fast. all able body & minded employees hanging up clothes at 15 items a sec, those employees should be on a register. Maybe he can tag clothes, sort, put them on hangers or something else? You can support those with disabilities, without bringing the store to a grinding hault. Those with disabilities are door greeters at Walmart, I’ve never seen any of them on registers for obvious reasons above. This is at least my 20th encounter at a register. something has to change.

I love this goodwill. Except the show kid that works the counter cause it takes 30m to checkout each person lol but as far as clothes, they are the best!
