“Love how clean the place and and love how kind everyone is. They say hello when I come in and say goodbye when I leave. I'm a shy person and it's hard for me to ask for help, but the staff has been extremely helpful. There are lots of things I've never had access to before and I have no idea how to use them. Every person on the staff has either helped or been honest that they don't know and found me someone who does. I really appreciate that. I used to go to the LAC in Lexington when I lived there and the staff was very unapproachable. This gym feels more like a community even if I'm too shy to talk to others. Also think its incredible how many things there are within the space. It feels like no matter what I want to do, there is a space and there is equipment to do it. Incredible variety. Love it here”
