My custom hat arrived yesterday. Packed in a festive holiday hat box and loaded full of crisp tissue paper, it arrived in perfect condition. It fits me like a glove! Perfection all the way around. Katie's craftsmanship is exquisite and her sense of style is fabulous. All I sent her was a photo of my driving outfit. She asked me several questions about my intentions and driving plans and then sent me the PERFECT hat. I can't wait for the new show season to begin! Good quality, long lasting hats. Great quality service. She will work with you to put together outfits and hats as well as providing custom made hats to ensure they work for your attire. Beautiful shop on a farm in Kentucky that she allows you to go to. Also attends many events throughout the year. Overall great experience working with Katie.

Have several hats from Hats by Katie. Each one is a stand out piece. Had one that didn't fit perfectly. Katie made it just right for me. I have lost count of how often I have been stopped for photos or inquiries about my hats. They are works of art. To be honest, the photos don't do the hats justice. (Just bought #10)

I've been driving several years now and a goal was to start doing well enough to warrant a hat by Hats by Katie. Last year I got my hat from Katie! I love it!!! It's special in so many ways, especially the help from Katie in selection. Worth every penny!! She's a delight to do business with.
