I was referred by a family member to file at Jackson Hewitt this year. I was pleased with my refund and the woman who did my taxes was very kind. She answered all my questions and explained things in terms I can actually understand. I must say I will be Goin back next year and I wish I had went to them soon.

The tax professional that helped us was very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. We had a little mishap with some paperwork and she was so patient with us. She repeatedly tried calming me, telling me to just breathe, that everything would be ok. And she was right. She could have very easily became frustrated with us, but she didn’t. She explained EVERYTHING several times making sure that we both, husband and myself, understood it all. Nothing but good things to say about our experience with Jackson Hewitt Tax Services. ❤️

At no time did I feel hurried or rushed. The preparer was very informed about new rules and procedures. She was also willing to seek out the answer to situations that she had not previously come across. Because if my experience at JH for the last few years I will continue to come back each year.
