Great guys to work with. Made my car buying experience positive. They’ve been just as helpful after the sell as they were during the sale. They are a true example of customer service!

My boyfriend purchased a car from kens in October 2022 and within the week he drove it off the lot the engine light turned on and it was difficult to get a hold of the original guy he purchased the car from for almost a month until we found out he was fired or quit his job there. All of the problems with the car were avoided and a couple months later the transmission had to be replaced and to do that through his warranty we had to take it to the middle of nowhere to get fixed and his car was there a week!…fast forward to today july 3rd 2023 his car won’t shift gears once again.. it’s insane how often places will put you in debt with a car that has a thousand problems hidden the day you purchase it.

Just stopped in and got truck I’d purchased 2 years ago fixed after Jeff found correct warranty information. I originally gave low review because of oil leak but now it’s been resolved.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Transit from this dealer on 4/14/23. I called them 4/10/2023 to inquire about the vehicle, called and spoke to Greg. I let Greg know that I had a 2005 Honda Odyssey that I was looking to get rid of because the Transit would be taking its place and that the Honda needed breaks. Greg called me the next day and stated, “Hey Tessa, I took that thing on a test drive, and it had some check engine lights come on and we’re going to go ahead and get those fixed so that when you come out to pick it up there wouldn’t be any problems, should be ready Friday.” I said “ok, great!” I appreciated the honesty! Greg, called Friday 4/14/23 letting me know I can come pick up the transit! I went out with my employee in the Odyssey to trade in. We drove back to Cincinnati about 65 miles away. The check engine light came on. I sent Ronnie a picture & Ronnie instructed me to go to auto one and get a diagnostic. I went to auto zone, and it read “catalytic converter.” I sent Ronnie updates via text. Ronnie AZ to turn off the check engine light and put some catalytic converter solution in tank and ride it for at least 40 miles without filling up and see what it does. AZ no longer turn off the check engine lights. Ronnie tells me to take it to a repair shop get an estimate and that he’ll pay for it to be repaired. I filled up for the first time 4/18/23 it would not start after fueling it up and I was stuck and the gas station and had to get a jump. I set an appointment with EA Customs a local repair shop. They did a diagnostic with their machine and codes came up (P0420:00-EC, P0430:00 AND P1450:00). Eddie from the shop sent the quote to myself and Ken’s auto on 4/26 and I have not heard back from anyone. I called the shop 5/1/23 and Greg said he was going to have Ronnie give me a call, no one has called nor texted me back. What I thought was an honest and good deal with good businessmen abruptly turned for the worse. I simply just want the vehicle repaired.

I purchased from them and truck runs fine but found out it had been wrecked as well as continued leaking oil. I do home improvements and can’t afford to clean up every driveway of oil. I have tried three times but no help other than a oil pressure sending unit which didn’t fix the issue Paint also started coming off after 3 months of ownership

I had an unparalleled experience with Ken's Autos. Ron went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations I had in mind when purchasing a vehicle. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, detail oriented, customer service drive, and truly one of the most generous people I have ever met. Not only did he spend a significant amount of time helping me find the vehicle I wanted all while working to obtain the best deal possible; he also took care of every aspect of selling the vehicle I wanted to sell. I didn't do anything whatsoever. Customer service like what I experienced here is a rarity these days. I am incredibly grateful for the hassle-free process. Ken's Autos has my business for life. Look no further than Ken's Autos for all of your vehicle purchasing/trading/selling needs! Thank you again Ron!

Purchased a used F150 from Kens after seeing their website. Website was easy to navigate and offered free car fax reports on all vehicles, a big plus for us wanting a reliable vehicle. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Our sales person Charlie was great. Financing went smoothly and Ronnie came through with a couple of extras we needed to finalize the deal. We would highly recommend Ken’s to family and friends. Will certainly look there first when we need to purchase again. Nice lot with a large selection, don’t hesitate to visit them. Thanks to all, Barbara and Joe

The entire team was super friendly and helpful but Chris and Ronnie really knocked it out of the park for me. They were so friendly, low pressure, and patient with me having to come back 3 times before I made a decision. Best car buying experience I have ever had! Five star service! I highly recommend this dealership!

Their website says they are a place to buy a quality used car. What they sold me is clearly not a quality used car. 2 weeks after purchasing a so called quality used vehicle it broke down. They helped with half of the first repair of $2000, which was not the entire repair. It left out the drive train. Which would have added another $2000 to the repair cost. They claimed a warranty was a required add on in order to receive financing. This was untrue. The finance company verified this.A week after the first repair. Another $6500. I did not receive help with the second $6500 repair. They sold me a problem. I wish 0 stars was an option to leave. When I purchased the car, I was told that the extended warranty was a requirement of the finance company. This was untrue. The vehicle broke down and the REQUIRED warranty denied coverage for a $4000 repair. I could afford half of that repair. So the Mazda Dealership said the drive train could be done later, . The warranty was $2000 added on to the loan. Very disappointed with the whole experience. The drive train still needs repair. That will be $2000. I am stuck with the vehicle. I understand that used vehicles are As Is, but these were problems that a car dealer should not pass off on a customers. The problem is not with the warranty company. There is no way a car dealer would not know about these potentially catastrophic issues with the car. It is my fault for trusting them. They were dishonest when they told me the warranty was required and I doubt that a car dealership would not know about these serious issues with the vehicle.
