Husband went to buy Onns, he didn't have his wallet and she carded him. Not a problem, he came to the car so I could go buy them. She refused to sell them to me. I explained I use them too, not just him, which is true! We are nearly 40 years old. We buy 8 packs from them weekly, but we won't going forward. This is just ridiculous and very inconvenient. We obviously aren't underage children! We won't be back, we will go elsewhere! I always remember poor customer service!

My husband went to buy a tobacco product and because a member of our family use a wrong ID in the past she refused to sell him anything it’s not our fault because of something someone else did . We buy our gas and other products there but not anymore and she told us that she wouldn’t sell to any of our family. That’s not how to run a business and it’s totally ridiculous . Get better help and customer service!

Husband didn't have id who's 53 so I went with my ID and the lady wouldn't sell me my cigarettes had my ID whata the issue.. lost my business for sure

It’s sad how they have lost two good workers in less then a week apart from one another and down graded to a cashier who is rude and unprofessional and talks about past employees to customers every time I have went by Murphys since Saturday 03/30/24 I have seen trash on the ground and it’s been a constant problem ever since Saturday I go by there everyday. I believe that this store is very unprofessional in many ways and these newer employees need to be retrained or replaced.

Very rude employees. Tracy has such a rude attitude and slammed the window. No reason for that. Very poor customer service.

Cashier on phone while waiting on me. Cashier can NEVER get my bank card to work because they insist on swiping and not inserting it into the machine like chipped cards are supposed to be used!! My card works with no problems every where BUT HERE!!! Needless to say NOT HAPPY!!!

Believe I was over charged oni was supposed to be 3 for 9 dollars got 12 cans and I can of Skoal came to 52 dollars that means it was 16 dollars for a can of Skoal I guess she needed a tip too
