however a pharmacy can close out of nowhere all the time is beyond me. when i go to a PHARMACY it should be open!!!! i will be moving to walmart pharmacy for now on. -

My recommendation is to avoid at any cost. Just not worth your time. Heck they have difficulty with the simplest of tasks, for instance getting medicine ready.

Sunday, January 5, 2025. CLOSE THIS STORE! I ordered $50 worth of Pedialyte, etc. along with baby otc and other items. I got a text message back within five minutes on my phone saying my order was READY. My husband who is getting over Covid few days ago, and has rheumatoid arthritis took his pick up truck down there at 4 PM today in this BAD weather and there was a sign on the door that said "closed due to weather!" NOTHING on their phones regarding closing! Now it started raining the ice whenever he was driving there and back. If anything had happened to him, I would've owned this store! I'm done. They screwed up my prescriptions last time, they can't keep a pharmacist since Carlos retired and they're screwing up store orders now! The last time I went down there, they didn't even have my order pulled, and I showed it to on my phone where already been taken off my card and the order was confirmed! DONE!

This walgreens is a joke!!!! Been there twice this week to try and pick up my meds... the pharmacy had been closed both days, Monday and today!!!! .....they either need to hire more pharmacy tech or close this store!!!!! This isn't the first time this has happened either....will never be back there..I will start going to CVS... atleast they are open... so you never know when they will be open.... kinda a shitty way to run a business!!!

Hours posted online at 8am open, bit this store has taken it upon themselves to change their hours to 9am without updating them online. Also has a delivery driver sitting here trying to deliver his goods to them.

Unbelievably slow. My doctor sent prescriptions in at 1pm and five hours later the prescriptions still are not filled.

My prescription wasn't filled till I arrived and asked about it. When calling to see if it was ready the pharmacist hung up on my husband twice! He simply asked why it wasn't filled a week and a half ago when it was called in.

The Paris, KY Walgreens is the most ridiculous, disorganized, hunk of junk pharmacy I have ever witnessed. They will say your medications are ready then when you go to pick up they haven’t even processed your medications. There always seems to be some problem that prolongs you getting your medication. Then when they are temporarily closed, due to a pharmacist shortage, they don’t even bother to reach out to their customers to let them know. This place is absolutely WORTHLESS. However, the Cynthiana Walgreens saved the day with our medications, picking up the Paris Walgreens slack.

Terrible management, always having problems with Walgreens in the app saying “Action needed” on a medication that I cannot go without due to the dosage I am on (I could have seizures within 24 hours if I stopped taking it). The lady at the window flipped my dad off when he rang the buzzer, and it seems like this store is always out of stock of things.
Overall I feel like Walgreens as a company is going downhill and would not be surprised if they went out of business.

Can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy! Heidi and Mary went above and beyond to help me get a coupon for my prescription that was $170 and when it didn’t go through immediately, they kept trying until worked.They are top notch! Thank you Heidi and Mary!

This review is pertaining to the photo center. Customer service was good, but I ordered a 16x20 poster print and it was cut an inch too short so it wouldn’t fit in a 16x20 frame. I took it back and they reprinted it with no hesitation, but I got it home and it was an inch too big. I ended up just cutting it down myself to fit in the frame. Someone definitely needs to retrain the store photo center employees how to cut proper sizes as most prints go into a frame. Nevertheless, the print is good quality & was a good price. Just frustrating to try and get a wedding anniversary gift together and the print was wrong twice.

I always visit here. They have a lot of things you may need. Wonderful staff. Pharmacy is always informative and open to questions about anything you might want to talk about. Very professional and caring.
