“A great local bank. The people are friendly and helpful. Service is prompt, efficient and personal at the drive through and inside the bank. The location in New Castle is convenient, adequate free curbside parking and also a small lot adjacent to the bank. An ATM at this location would be nice, however there is an ATM just a few miles away at their Eminence branch. Located in an older building, there doesn't appear to be a practical way to make this branch accessible to wheelchairs.”

“I opened a checking account at this location. They could not transfer my starting balance from a a debit card so I had to go home and retrieve a check. The teller who assisted me had already completed necessary paperwork upon my return. She went above and beyond to streamline the process and save me time. There are many banking options in the area, but it’s hard to put a price on excellent customer service. I’m glad I chose United Citizens Bank for my business banking needs.”

“although a little crowded right before closing for the day, it was a pleasant experience and very professional. as my personal banking choice, it's the place to have an account of any type if you want security. very strict, very thorough, online banking and bill pay have some stipulations in place that are more than the usual security. as a matter of fact, it is very difficult to have a another institution deposit money without difficulty if you have to go through a PLAID verification. PNC and plaid do not communicate it cost me $1,000 loan even though I was approved, PNC would not allow the deposit. five stars for everything else”
