GREAT all-around experience at Octane. Alan and Dustin were able to squeeze me in on short notice, replaced my front and rear rotors/pads for a fair price, and fully answered any questions that I had. Will always try to get in with them first in the future!

On a cross-country road trip with four small kids when my check engine light came on. I was recommended Octane by a towing service. I explained to them the urgency of our situation, and I was so relieved to find that they would be able to see us right away. This was a Godsend to six out-of-towners, including a very tired baby. Within about an hour, we were on the road again. The gentlemen helping us were professional and friendly, and they were patient with four impatient kids and their parents. Great work my car needed a break boater installed the same week my engine light came on. Called and I was told to bring it by and they would see what the light was saying. It turned out to be the oil pressure sensor. They replaced it in about an hour now back on the road doing fine they knew that dodge was having a problem with this. I’m glad to be a customer and found a good shop for my work. Do yourself a favor and start doing your shop work with this shop.

My rating is based on feedback from family and friends and customer service only. I’ve not been able to get an appointment fast enough in my Usual almost emergency situations. From what I hear they do great work, and the counter help is very friendly and knowledgeable

Allen and Dustin were a pleasure to deal with especially after another shop gave me the run around. Out the door cost was right on point with what was initially estimated and the vehicle was done the following day. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I love all the guys here. I have been given the run around by different car shops and in home mechanics and spent more money than I needed to over the past year. They're real with me, they're honest, and they're super easy going. I knew better to go somewhere else other then octane. ? lesson learned.

Dustin & Octane team got me back on the road quickly. I'd gotten off the highway after a huge gator blew off of a semi right in front of me, and I'd driven over it. Almost had a heart attack and was sure the car was damaged. Luckily, no cars wrecked. Pulled in here, they checked, there was no damage.
