“My experience at Christian Brothers was a pleasant surprise! They are not your typical mechanic at all! I love how I could send a text anytime to get an update. I love how they emailed me pictures of what they saw in my van, explained the repair, quoted the price, and I could approve or decline online the individual repairs they suggested. They were very friendly and offered me a water/coffee/soda when I came in to the shop. When they called to tell me my van was ready, they offered to pick me up and bring me to the shop at no extra charge! And, the final price was lower than the quoted price because labor time was less! “First, Eric, Manager at Performance Automative LLC, is the best I know at diagnosing an issue with a car, whether a new or older model, and especially the older models. He charges less than most automotive shops for his accurate diagnosises. I have a 200K+ mileage, '08 Infiniti, that I love and know very well, and Eric gets right to the problem.
Second, Eric at Performance Automotive, guarantees his parts and labor. Once I got an aftermarket part that had some defects in performance. Again, Eric accurately diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective part as agreed. He has fixed a part that was accidentally broken during a repair at his cost. Honesty like that, alone, is worth using them for automotive repairs.
Third, Getting the extra mileage out of older, well loved, cars is one great goal at Performance Automotive. They get these older model cars back to their 'like-new' performance for people who love their cars. It's a thing they pride themselves on.
Lastly, Go see the latest addition to Performance Automotive. It's their new shop cat. I have two cats that put together don't have the easy-going personality and playfulness of their fearless young shop cat. It's a crazy little cat that is worth just watching. Eric should post some pictures to show what I mean.”
