“The Utica Post Office is absolutely the best! The employees are professional, courteous, and efficient. Our letter carriers have always been great, and our mail gets where it's going faster when mailed from Utica than from anywhere else. (A previous postmaster there told me he didn't think that was possible, but I'm convinced!)”
“I had a very pleasant visit. I just needed to buy some stamps and was helped out immediately with a polite and friendly attitude. I’m not sure why this post office has such a poor rating, after all it is a government entity and a lot of its’ shortcomings are by design.”
