Had several pkgs sent from there go missing. Clerk wouldn't ship with tracking number. Wouldn't attach a $15+ printed postage label but use random stamps on the box instead. Possible pkg theft occuring.

Mail carrier refuses to deliver packages to my house. They don't even attempt because I get notification that package is being held long before the mail carrier has even left the Post Office. On occasion, when a substitute mail carrier is running the route packages are delivered which is appreciated. I pay to have packages delivered to my home. I should not have to go pick them up.

Been using this post office for about a year now and they always take great care of the packages and they send out my shipments fast, always get a receipt though.

Best post office ever! Small post office means very personal attention, dealing with the same employees you get to know and who get to know you. They offer everything a large post office offers but long lines and impersonal service. Thanks guys!

Horrible customer service, they are openly rude. They make excuses not to deliver packages or force large packages into the mailbox. They don't even deserve the One Star.

The lady that works Saturday refuses to deliver to us. Time and time again she writes a false reason as to why she couldn't deliver a package on Saturday. There is nobody to voice complaints to because the people that work there are snotty and talk down to everyone. The package that she couldn't find a safe place to leave it will fit easily in our mailbox and I guarantee it will be in the mailbox on Monday with the rest of our mail.Update. I guess on Monday the mailbox was safe enough for my package. It just wasn't secure enough for a Saturday delivery.

I've had so many bad experiences with this post office. I hardly ever get my packages, I have to go pick them up. If I do get them, they leave them in the middle of the driveway to get ran over or shove them in the mailbox to where I can't get them out. I pay money to have things delivered to my house and it's ridiculous that they don't. They seem to always have an excuse to why things aren't delivered correctly and don't fix the problem. This is an ongoing problem that will get fixed soon hopefully!
