Great delivery! Unfortunately it had to be sent out twice because the first guys stated my door was not wide enough. The second crew came and was able to fit it through.

salesman was super cool and chill. told me I was getting a deal better then their door buster. They showed up after the delivery time. Everything is installed but I just realized while doing my first load I have two different brand appliances. My guess is the salesman is a liar and had a reason to mix and matc. I would have taken the deal with two brand new for the same price. Domy trust the Evansville store

Bought a washer and dryer online- i selected a delivery date which was one week from purchase- on that date i called Big Sandy to ask about the delivery- they told me the delivery date was delayed an additional week due to a "glitch in their system" whatever that means. On the next schedule delivery day i received no update so i called again and was told my delivery was not scheduled at all. Fast forward another week and a half and i finally have my washer dryer a month after they took my money. delivery team was great- customer service and online sales team couldn't have been more incompetent. Would not recommend unless it is your only option

The sales guy didn't seem to excited to make a sale, we basically had to keep asking questions to get him to sell us what we were there for which should have been the first red flag & when we were looking for tv stands he told us where they were but we had to find another sales guy to direct us to exactly where they were & when we got there are sales guy was waiting on us instead of showing us where to go? It was a weird experience. we ordered a sectional & a tv with fireplace insert. The delivery guys did a great job on delivery but informed us that we had to put the tv stand together because they don't do RTA which was never explained to us in store or that the tv stand was "RTA" in the first place. Needless to say the sales experience sucked but over all love my furniture for the deal we got so far. Not sure if I would buy from big Sandy again.

so far our furniture is of good quality. our sales associate was very helpful during the sale and very personable. We were told that we could only get one of our ottomans (we were fine with that and she would contact us when the other arrived). Upon delivery, no ottomans at all. delivery personnel were kind, and personable said oh it must be in back order I'll put in notes. I asked the furniture be placed in another room while paint dried, they left it in plastic not assembled. I reviewed our bill, we paid for white glove. I have spoken with sales associate she said she would make a note and yes ottomans were on back order. No effort to make it right. she said we were number 4,5 on the list. Big Sandy this had great potential of being a great relationship, you are dropping the ball in the end.

We purchased both a refrigerator and 2 reclining chairs from Big Sandy. Kate, from the Centerville location was by far one of the best parts of the experience. Kate was knowledgeable, went out of her way to find a product we were satisfied with and followed up often even when not on the clock. Both orders had issues in delivery. While the Delivery teams were careful the refrigerator water line was not the right one installed and it took over a month to get it resolved. Our water & ice tasted metallic due to the incorrect line. Finally we got Jesse (the one who knew the right line to install) and that was rectified. The 1st crew had not installed a filter either! The massage chair was not correct when 1st delivered and another delivery date had to be set up. All in all we are happy with our purchases but customer service locally was very disappointing. We had to call Corporate to get a final issue resolved. Brandon & Justin in delivery were very cordial and took care to make sure we were satisfied.

Well I thought it was perfect, everyone was friendly and kind told me everything I need to know about the bed and the base the guy that helped me his name was Mark and he was just one of the kindest persons you could ever meet I appreciate all this help I will tell anyone to go visit the store everyone was very nice to me. Thanks so very much for all the help.

I ordered my furniture on July 25 and was told 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. In August was told it was pushed back to Sept.15. Finally it arrived on the 15th. Furniture is really nice so that I'm happy with.

Me and my partner were looking for a new bed for our new queen mattress that was purchased. The salesperson in the store was very friendly, the staff were very curteous. We purchased a bed had a delivery date set up. All was well. However, on the delivery day, the bed could not be assembled, due to the fact that the bed is missing components to actually put it together. So now, I have a bed that cannot be assembled and is missing parts now. I called customer service the day of delivery about the issue, and I was promised a call back because they said they had to send paperwork to corporate. They said that would take 2-3 hours. I was not contacted again about the issue like they promised me so now, I have a bed that cannot be put together, and is missing components to be put together, so now I don't have a bed. This is unacceptable not only because of the bed, but due to the lack of communication as well. This has been a very aggrevating experience for me and if I had known that this was going to be that much trouble, I would have not went there. I am sincerely feeling very angry and distrustful of their store and customer service now.UPDATE EDIT: The superstore has tried to correct my inconvenience, but as of today the new date of my delivery, the bed was not on the truck. So, I asked for a refund and for them to pick up the un-usable bed. They picked up the bed, and they said they are working on my refund. They said they are sending me a gift card for my troubles. So, I am back to square one with no bed. If you are looking to buy from this superstore please use caution if you are purchasing a bed. This is probably the most frustrating experience I have ever had. A refund is the least they can do now.

the couch in the store was more comfortable than the one delivered to me the salesman was great not sure why the big difference in the feeling but definitely not the same

The experience was easy staff were very helpful. The delivery experience was horrible they rescheduled my delivery never informed me so I gave my range away the day before my delivery then I call to get a time for my delivery to find out they rescheduled it for another week so now I have no way to cook for my family now I have to go to store and pick up myself what makes it worse the day they were suppose to deliver my range they had a truck delivering to people that live 5 miles from my house so if u purchase from them best if u can pick up yourself delivery sucks

The service was good from the sales associate. Since we have had numerous issues in the past with delivery we decided to pick up our own product. My husband picked up the table we ordered and the store loaded it. When my husband unpacked it at home the table was broken and the stabilizer for the table was also broken. We loaded back up and took to store. They offered to give us the display which would have been fine except it was scratched badly and when I asked for a discount or some compensation of sorts they were able to find another table which will take another week to get in. So three weeks later I may get my table that’s already paid for.

Phone call I made originally went well. Quick and courteous. Sales guy Charley helped us try to move quickly but what made us extremely upset was the freezer we bought was damaged and we were not told until after the purchase. We got to the loader and he said we had 2 choices but both were damaged. We could pick which one we wanted. We were never offered a discount or anything until we complained and then it wasn’t nearly what it should be when you consider the damage. We ended up being able to get the one off of display but with no discount. The loader in the back was great. This would honestly be one star but Chris A. In the back gave enough effort and had enough pride in his job to make it up a couple stars. Extremely disappointed otherwise.
