We do have to take the car back again and leave it, as they needed another employee to complete more tests to find out why it is pinging. The other employee was off that day. We live 2 hours away, and I wish I could have been forewarned that they might need to keep it. We could have planned better to leave the car (my husband could have followed in our truck) without having to make extra trips.

The service department was very kind and courteous. They had my vehicle in and out in a very short amount of time. The waiting room was nice. The IT person, Jameson, was very helpful.

Found one of their vehicles I liked online and they made the process seamless. I worked with Brett Norman and he was on the ball and extremely helpful and accommodating. I needed it delivered and they were extremely reasonably priced and efficient in getting the car to me. I’ve bought previous cars before but they cut out all the extra unnecessary hours and stress. Would highly recommend.

Service department said it would cost $130 to diagnose problem with heating system on 2022 Kia Telluride if not covered under warranty. Wouldn’t know if it was covered or not until they checked. All heating elements are covered under warranty until 5 years, 60,000 miles.
