This is a very good Dollar Tree store, and it has good food and candy, but what they need to work on is the machines, there will be 3-4 workers and only 2 machines will work to check out, some of the items will be in different areas which is confusing when I don’t see the price, but some items are thrown on the floor and isles and it’s annoying. Overall I suppose this is a good area.

This location needs self-checkouts in the worst way! There is almost a long line no matter when you arrive! Boxes of merchandise and carts block most of the isles inside the store. The bathrooms have been blocked off for years now! Be careful of the sketchy people that roam around inside and outside of the store!This store does have a good variation of useful items. The Pikeville location is usually well stocked on the most basic items. The Dollar Tree can be a good place to shop, but still needs a bit more improvement.

No restrooms and have had no restrooms for 6 months or so , I don't know if they just don't like to check them periodically or if it's just issues with people abuse , but regardless if they do business they are required to have a restroom . They have good deals and offer refrigerated items and have a good selection of items for any occasion

The manager located in Pikeville, KY, is sorry! I have a family member who worked there briefly and the times I transported my family member to the store at 7 am, the manager was never there to open the store and she always wanted to blame other employees for her slacking. I never was a customer at the store but maybe once or twice and with the likes of that type of management I am glad it never appealed to me.

I am a senior citizen on blood pressure medication. I frequently need to use the restroom while out shopping. This was my first time in this Dollar Tree. I was excited to see what they had. When I came into the store I asked, "Do you have a restroom?" If she had said no, our policy doesn't allow it I would have been understanding. Instead, the cashier said their restroom was out of order. Do not insult my intelligence! There's no way employees can work 4, 6, or 8 hours without a restroom. My first and last time in this store.
