The store seems just fine, but these bathrooms are actually worse than most truck stops I've ever been in.The smell, grime, and filthy receptacles...Oh and the toilet paper was locked.. LOCKED.JUST GROSS!

Men’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting!!!Strong urine smell as soon as you open the and urine all over the floor.Doesn’t look like anything has been wiped down (sinks, hand drier, etc)Feces in the floor around toilet and on the seat.Floors in the store are dirty looking.Place seemed really busy but definitely needs a deep clean!!!

Was trying to buy a couple of things to drink after work. As I stood in line for 10 minutes during the change over along with five other people standing in line a couple come up and just put their things on the counter to check out. I address the gentleman and said hey, don’t you see there’s other people standing here waiting in line? Says he’s been waiting for them to do their change over so he could check out although he was off in the store shopping. It would have been great if management stepped in and made those people go to the back of the line, since they were not standing and waiting like everyone else. Setting a cup of coffee down and walking off isn’t a place holder.

The employee Sky (redhead girl) came up to my brother's PTSD service animal and started petting and playing with him WITHOUT asking. We went outside to let the other staff know because it was not professional and startled us. It happened between 7:25pm and 7:35 pm in the store Friday December 2nd. On camera by the energy drinks. they banned my bro from going there now and started saying he wasn't really in the marines, which was.... disrespectful, considering he actually is a marine... Put your staff on better training. the service animal is more professional than some of your staff.
