Notoriously poor etiquette at this business. Over the years is has gotten progressively worse. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is completely dishonest and unprofessional. I rented a U-Haul in okay condition and returned it the same way. I even have photos proving that there was no mud or mess left behind. Now the owner, who also runs a lawn and garden business, is trying to charge me for something I didn’t do. He’s falsely claiming there was mud left in the truck, which is a complete lie. It’s clear he’s just trying to scam extra money from honest customers. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be blamed for things you didn’t do. Terrible experience. Dishonesty like this should not be tolerated.
