Their management is garbage ! Go to Paintsville if you have to use Lowe’s . Sold me a broken toile and wouldn’t replace it said it been hooked up . It hadn’t been ! Just lazy and didn’t wanna do their job ..

A wonderful location that supplies all your needs for home and business renovations and building. If it isn't available in store, you can order online and pick up. Every experience with this Lowe's has been a great one so far. We also have returned items and they have always been very friendly and helpful.

We all have the lowes horror stories so I'm not going to get on here and bash they're one star service I have met a couple of good people that work there.

Where to start? Waited close to 30min just to purchase a new stove. Got it home only to discover it had damage on all 4 sides. I called asked to speak to a manager to see if we could arrange a pickup since we drove out of the way. (Plus I purchased the extra warranty)
The guy I talked to could have cared less and was not concerned in the least in resolving the issue. So we loaded the stove backup and drove back to Pikeville Lowes. Once there, I asked to speak to a manager. While waiting, we about never got the stove unloaded because there was no one to do it. Under staffed or poor scheduling for a Saturday?
Once we finally got it unloaded (still no manager). Worker named Jeff (I believe) went and checked to see if there was anymore in stock. Once confirmed they was no more available and waiting for at least 30min, we just took the refund.
Very sad in the customer service area. Never been to a store where managers blow off customers.
Whether it's a customer service issue (training) or staffing issue. It starts at the top . I can plainly see why Lowes has many customer service complaints. I would be embarrassed to be a part of Pikeville Lowes. Honestly feel bad for the employees that want and try to do a good job.

Delivered a broken 3k John Deere riding mower to me. When asked if it was tested rigorously before delivery I was told it was started and driven to delivery truck. That’s it. Initially it only started on choke and ran a few seconds on choke. Turning choke off killed the engine. Now hours later it doesn’t start at all. Yes It’s full of gas.
Initially I was going to have it replaced but after being told it would take about 10 days, thinking about the work I’d missed to be here and having to miss another day on delivery again - plus the loose gas tank (design flaw) and looking it up I decided to get a refund.
