I love this place but it's always a mess and you find anything. Everything is so misplaced. The only people you see working here are the 2 cashiers in front. Where are the other employees and what are they doing ?? And that rule u can't take buggies out 🤦🏻♀️. Then you help me carry my 20 bags 🛍 Thanks

Terrible location. An elderly woman asked an associate for help finding the size on a dress that she had in her hand and the worker said 'I'm leaving' and walked to the system to clock out, smiled, and walked away when the elderly lady, whom literally had the piece of clothing right at the counter where the worker was said 'I just need to know the size' the worker smugly smiled and walked away, leaving the woman standing there with no help. Also, the mens section is a joke. A small corner with all of the sizes jumbled together. I left my cart full of items right in the checkout lane and left. Terrible service

I love this store. Ross has a wide variety of clothing items for the young and not so young. The prices are reasonable for name brand items its a great place for buying school clothes.

Even though "Dress for Less" is in the name, they actually have a lot of other stuff available at discount prices. I was able to find a lot of quality kitchenware.

Everyone knows when you work in retail, when a customer asks a question, whether you are talking or not, you answer them. Well while me and my husband was in the Pikeville location, my husband asked an employee something about cologne. The lady answered but had the remark, when resuming talking to the cashiers, since I was interrupted while talking and I was at the register. She has 2 toned hair and needs to learn when a customer is at the register she needs to keep her comments to herself until the customers leave.
