“So incredibly impressed with the service we were given. My fiancé and I were stranded in VA on our way back from vacation, AAA linked us with Ken’s towing and our driver (Jaime I believe was his name) answered the call to tow us back to Ohio. The kindness, hospitality, and professionalism we were shown makes me want to be a better person. Jaime was incredibly kind and accommodating, made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. It was a 4 hour trip back to Ohio and Jaime made our bad day into a good one with his friendliness. Can’t recommend this company enough for your roadside needs. “It took me a while to post this. I was in a motorcycle accident at the beginning of last month. These guys took my bike, stored it for me for 4 or 5 days, and when I came to pick my bike up the owner of the tow service told me there was no charge for any of it. This is because (his words) I was a veteran and he respected and loved our Military. I want to thank you all so much for what you did for me. These are some really great guys.”
