If I could give 0 stars I would. Pikeville, KY is in the midst of a natural disaster with severe flooding. Our local Ups store was flooded horribly and possibly down for months. The ups store owner doing what he could with what resources he had at hand had one of our packages diverted to usps and I have an actual usps tracking number. We went to get package this morning and they will not release the package to us even though we have usps tracking number and it's in our name. This is sad. We have 50 live periwinkle plants that will die. They've held the package hostage since February 20th at 281 Thompson Rd Pikeville, KY. Told me we do not own package that the ups store owner does. No, package is in our name not ups and we have tracking number from usps showing where he shipped there to us after the flood. They wouldn't even look at the tracking number or work with us. Honestly Pike Co postmaster should be ashamed letting this happen. Not working with the community after a natural disaster. It's hard enough businesses and people lost everything including the ups store but to have people that don't care. This is shameful.

This place is a joke, I have a package that was sent to the UPS store however do to flooding the owner redirected items here. However do to unprofessionalism they will not give me my item even with proof of ownership claiming the UPS owner can only get it out and give it to me. While I commend the UPS owner for trying to be a team player the postmaster did not and should be fired.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have encountered, the staff is rude and acts like u are such a bother if u ask them anything, even the head postal worker was extremely rude, and my delivery woman gives my certified mail to. My neighbors who she knows is not me.

USPS is the worst mail carrier I have ever seen. They will never deliver my packages, they will always mark it as (Available for Pickup) and then when I go to get it, “Sorry, it must still be with the driver, because we don’t have it here.” It makes 3 days and I still haven’t received my package or even know if I will receive it, at this point it’s probably lost.

If I could rate this USPS site Zero stars I would.. It is impossible to call the local USPS. They either don not answer the phone at all or it don't work.. I called for 2 hours and let it ring until it stops and no one's ever answered the phone. I don't drive and they have packages that they claim has an insufficient address. But after checking with the supplier I ordered from it's actually correct. So how do I get my packages now if I don't drive and you won't answer the phone to help resolve this issue?

I have a return label and offered to pay for the paper and ink but they wouldn’t print it for me. She wanted me to pay nearly $15 for a new return label. I don’t understand why they can’t use their printer. She was also very rude about it. This is why usps services will discontinue as technology and drones become more common place.
