There is a skinny girl with glasses that works there and is extremely rude and unprofessional! She needs to be retrained or fired! She tried to ban us and say we were harassing her and nobody ever said anything to her! We were having a private conversation that she decided to eavesdrop into and assume it was about her! Very unprofessional here do not recommend going here at all!!!!

Becareful about purchasing their electrics!!! I purchased a deep fryer and it lasted long enough to try it. I turned it on to see if it would heat and it did perfectly! (just long enough to fool u) and then I go to use it 2 days later and it isn't doing anything now, nothing! no lights, or heat so I'm out my money because I didn't keep my reciept or the box thinking it was good.. What a shame they wouldn't even trade it for me. Horrible workers looks bad on the company. I will no longer shop at the family dollar 2 many bad experiences!

It's a good store to shop when they have got all of there shelves stocked up but it has really poor management!!

Wow just wow, try hiring employees who aren't liars!! Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service, to have the so called manager lie ? to me and laugh about no cameras being outside, I guess her way of feeling like she is powerful idk, just made her look like a horrible human, I'd give -10 stars if I could. I'm glad where I work we put the customer service above the rest. Without customers you don't have a store.

If I could leave a -5 review in this store I would. I purchased a gallon of milk yesterday. Date is good, but I get it home open it this morning and there’s clumps all in it. I call to see about returning it and because the girl who waited on me didn’t give me a receipt last night I can’t return it. With prices the way they are Ave everyone struggling you think they would understand I can’t afford to just buy another gallon of milk!!!!

The staff here were absolutely fabulous for the most part. There were less than a handful thought lacked or fell short in anyway. Upon seeing disapproval symbolwe all regroup& try to move forward
