Shelves are never fully stocked. Produce fridge is always broke and today I go get a few things I get home and I'm missing the main thing I went for. So I've been calling non stop for over an hour and I'm still not getting anyone on the phone. The winter storm has my driveway covered in snow and ice. I was lucky to get out the first time and why try to go out again if I can't get someone on the phone to see if they have the missing item. I no there were 2 employees there is no need in someone not answering the phone. This is the 3rd time I've had problems and when I call I get no response. Not very happy right now

Only reason I gave one star is because that was the only option to leave a review. Literally smells like the toilet are backed up in that store.There is merchandise all over the floor stacked up to the ceiling...just shut it down, if you cannot do better. GROSS.

THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING STOCKED AND YOU CANT EVEN FIT THRU AN AISLE WITH OUT GETTING HIT IN THE FACE BY A STOCK CART BETTER OFF GOING AN EXTRA 5 MINS DOWN THE ROAD TO A GOOD DOLLAR STORE

If I could give zero stars. I would. This is a pathetic excuse for a dollar store. Yesterday I came in about 830 and the lady working the register said 'I think the lights come on at 9' so really what you're telling me is you don't know how to open your store properly. Today I show up at 8:15 and they aren't open yet. Pathetic. Get it together yall. Now that they're open. I'm hoping that it's being opened by actual employees. No uniform. No badge. Shorts and a t-shirt.

This Pleasureville store is a joke no matter what the day no matter what the time. Every isle has tall metal carts loaded with merchandise blocking the shelves. And limiting access to the rest of the store. And if you do find what you want. And move at least three carts to get it. God forbid they have to get off their phones to do you the favor of taking your money. What bad management is doing to that pleasureville store is going to make the Twinkie burning kids in new castle look like one bad day financially when an elderly person who gets buried under a ton of beenie-weenies sues them. Lord have mercy on the shoppers.

The employees follow you the store within 5ft from you. Like they want to eat you. Especially the Lisa I believe she a manager
