“My husband and I came in with our 4 kiddos to get their passports. The 2 ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend coming to this location for your postal and/or passport needs.”
“government offices are generally awful - but USPS Shelbyville is pretty darn good. I have always enjoyed friendly, fast and efficient service at the desk in this post-office. My carriers have always been very good over the years as well.”
