The worst place to get anything done. Not friendly, very rude and very disrespectful. I will keep posting until no one goes here until this place is shut down. If I could give them a zero I would.

My experience here was terrible. I went the first time in April and my nails were okay. They spent 30 mins on them for them to have bubbles and dots of different color polish in them. I went back in may to get them re done, I walked in at a busy time, he spent maybe 20 minutes on my nails. I walked out spending 41$ (where he took my card and paid for it WITH MY CARD) and it is now June 2nd and my nails are falling off. After having them a week and a half. Ontop of that, they look terrible. Covered in bumps and everything else.

Just moved to this area 4 weeks ago, and this is my second time coming to this salon. They are very polite and professional. The people who did my manicure did an excellent job, except pedicure.

Worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I wanted to treat myself for my birthday on Wednesday 7/17, it is now 7/19 for time reference. I got a simple pedicure and simple French manicure full set. The guy who did my pedicure acted like he didn’t want to be there. Rushed the entire process, didn’t give me a massage which is whatever but I don’t understand why I’m paying $45 just for you to paint my toes and not even paint them without rushing and flooding my cuticles. He got the paint all over my pinky toes and there are bubbles all throughout the paint on my actual toe nails. He got mad that I didn’t want French tip on my toes and just full paint. Whatever. The guy who did my nails acted like he didn’t want to be there either. He rushed the entire nail process too. When he was done filing I asked if I could wash my hands before he put the top coat on and he said why? I said because I want to get the dust off. He said no, I’m like wow talk about a sensory nightmare. Never have I ever been to a nail salon that doesn’t allow you to wash your hands after filing or doesn’t instruct you to wash your hands after filing because of dust. He continued and put the top coat on and there is trapped dust and bubbles all throughout my nails. The shape is AWFUL. I am so disappointed. He rushed the entire time, didn’t care about me as a customer. In total for a rushed pedicure and botched manicure full set it was $105. I tipped $15 which I feel like wasn’t deserved but that’s generous for this case. I always tip my nail tech but I was so unhappy with my nails. Both toes and fingers. Don’t go here, you will leave unsatisfied and with uneven, bubbly, dirty nails that look like they’ve been on for 2+ weeks when you just walked out of the shop! Pictures do not give them justice, they are awful in person and my money is wasted.
Cleanliness: Not the cleanest. As soon as I got up from the pedicure chair the guy tried to put another customer in there!

12/10 would recommend. Very friendly, welcoming, you can openly ask for what you want (even trimming my natural nails under my acrylics that grew). I wanted a checkered design and he did it no problem. Also, VERY fairly priced.
I’d definitely come back while I’m still in town or visit Kentucky again.

If they do not have what you want, they will put something else on instead of being honest. The manicure i received was visibly poor quality. They will argue with you over poor service and try to justify the worst polish job I've ever seen.Service: Manicure

I loved going.. they are friendly and don't picked a color for you..they take their time and make sure your nails and toe nails looks good I highly recommend them.. their not like central city lovely nails them people are rude and hateful...

I got a cat eye acrylic set and They did an amazing job and were very nice. There was no wait and only three people working. Overall a great experience. Thank you lovely nails!
