Absolutely horrible. Requested documents for TWO months and always has an excuse not to get them to us. Simple request. We stopped going to her years ago because she filed an extension for a return because she was late turning it in and WE had to pay thousands of dollars for HER screw up. Inexcusably disgusting.

I've used them for filing taxes since I was 18, Im 33 now. In those 15 years, I've never had a single issue with them. They're quick but with great quality and professionalism. They know what they're doing! If you ever have an issue with the IRS, these are the people you need to come to! Top notch!

Knows what they are doing not everyone can say that and they work for you thanks go out to their tax service
