What can I say that hasn’t been said from the previous comments above me! These fine people go above and beyond to make sure their customers leave completely satisfied. Sitting on the phone with customer service for hours taking phone calls and helping poor old ladies with figure out how to work their new phones over the phone when they somehow turned on do not disturb. I could go on and on over the help Raven has demonstrated over these past few months for months for me. She sure made switching to AT&T not exactly easy but definitely enjoyable. (She was pleasant company while we waited) I will definitely go to Raven for all my cell phone needs
