When I spoke to him, I even told him that I believed the wheels themselves were damaged, but he told me they were fine and just charged me for the tires. He could have easily upsold me there, but he did the right thing. I kind of wish he’d move to my area because this is a guy you can trust. I pulled out of his lot and drove another 200 miles without issue, so his work was dependable.”
