I’ve rented and purchased a lot of times from them with no issues. The last time I called and asked the guy on the phone how clean it needed to be to avoid the cleaning fee for the excavator I rented, I even offered to spray it off completely. He said as long as the big stuff is knocked off and isn’t falling off during transport all is good. I cleaned the tracks and removed everything except thin mud on the surface just like I was told (I even confirmed with the delivery driver and he said it looks normal to him). A couple days later the woman at the counter decided it wasn’t good enough and charged me the fee anyways. She was also very rude about the whole thing. Do your due diligence if you shop with them. It was only $40 with me but the way they went about it made it feel like a robbery.
