Loved this goodwill!! They have such a good variety of all clothes! Everything is neat and well organized. Had 2 fitting rooms available but only one operational, but that didn't take away from the experience. There wasn't too long of a wait for the fitting room. It's also very nice that there's so many different stores in this shopping center. Can get a lot of different errands done at one stop.

Made the worker mad by saying the prices r too high . I asked the price of a uk book. I figured 2 or 3 dollars. $5.Its donated and used. She was rude to me practically threw my change at me. Its ok baby karen.may u have the day u deserve.?

I live in Hazard, Ky but I enjoy shopping Good Will in Prestonsburg!! They have a great selection, the Clerks/workers are so helpful and friendly. This store is always neat, clean and laid out good. I shop there so often the Clerks have become my friends.?

I went to this goodwill while I was in Prestonsburg for a drs appt! Very nice friendly ladie working the cash register!! She was awesome helped me find what I was looking for and talked to me like she'd known my forever!! Thank u for being kind!! In this world today it's very rare

They are rearranging it again which makes it difficult to check out as the front of the door is now crowded by racks and shelves.

We always check the color of the day when we walk in, but if you watch goodwill workers will be pulling the color of the day off the racks.
