We came a hour away to go to IRS building in Prestonburg the maps says open till 4:30 pm !? they are closed and most number are disconnected plus you can’t get in touch with a representative ..it’s redicilous just letting y’all know

The IRS sucks. Trying to reach a human is impossible. The system in place is designed to thwart every attempt at speaking with an actual life form. If it were possible to rate them in the negative, it would be -8 stars....squared.
