Jenny Wiley State Resort Park is an absolutely beautiful place with breathtaking nature. The resort sits on a hill overlooking Dewey Lake, providing a great space in the woods that is honestly one of the prettiest places during any time of the year. The buildings are beautiful remnants of a lost age. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and accommodating, with great service contributing to a friendly atmosphere. The food is great, with excellent drinks and service from the bartenders; the catfish and wings are awesome. The park is also pet friendly. Accommodations include cabins and lodge rooms. The cabins are nice and clean, though some are very small with limited space and a very small stove; they may lack some necessary utensils and appear not updated. The lodge rooms are a little older and could use updating, with plumbing a bit off and no refrigerators. However, they provide a private balcony. One handicap room was noted as very nice with a good size, total waterproof bathroom and a major roll-in shower, though the bed was very high. Some guests reported difficulty with the online booking system. Despite minor issues, it is a place many loved and would love to come back to.
The staff is so mean and hit me and threw food at me and pushed me in the river hit me then this guy ran me over with a lawn mower.

Worse state park i have ever seen. Giant tourist trap. I went there looking to see some elk but all that was there was a hotel and a mud puddle of a lake. I can't believe they call this a state park what a joke!
