I was encouraged to reach out to them at any time I needed help or just to answer questions I may have . My in store representative was Mike who knows how to explain things well. My delivery and set up for the equipment was done by Josh Music . He also provided me with details and information about the equipment. He is actually the nicest young man I have met in a long time.! Have a service dog who normally will not allow strangers in my home. I am a firm believer that animals have the ability to understand why I allowed him in our home.
