“Long story short. Hit a deer, they gave the estimate, I was on a time crunch and they fit me in with a time line of three weeks, a week and a half later my car was done and looked amazing. Great job and nice folks.”

“Great parts shop. The staff and manager will quickly get what you need if they do not have it on the shelf. They also offer local delivery if they are available to do so, which is huge!! Big time saver. They make hydraulic hoses, and have inventory of heavy duty truck parts. As well as ability to mix custom paint colors In house.”

“So I just moved into town a few months ago, normally any autozone I've been too has been the worst place so I normally go to O'Reilly but this town is bass awkward the O'Reilly is a utter dump but the dude at autozone are top notch I usely visit on the weekends but here recently I've been dealing with Brayden and Xavier, these dude are awesome I've come in pissed of ready to throw shit and they help me get what I need even if I don't exactly know what I need, on top of that I've never left the store angry, if I could give more then 5 stars I would between the store and awesome atmosphere imma keep coming here.”

“Napa is always the best place to go when you need knowledgeable help. Josh helped me with my 1995 f250 when none of the other auto parts stores even knew what I was talking about. Saved me hundreds of dollars. This will be my go-to spot for auto parts from now on.”

“Amazing staff!! Sensor went out on my suv and was not safe to drive the 4 hour drive home. They rallied together going above and beyond calling around to multiple mechanics they each knew until they found one who could get it done.”

“Most of the time these guys absolutely rock and have gotten me in and out very quickly. My most recent experience left me with a less positive view of them. Had an oil change in September of last year and everything seemed fine with it. It leaked a little oil sometimes but it wasn’t a cause for concern but I did notice that this was the first time leaking oil in my year of owning it. I change my own oil a couple weeks back and noticed there wasn’t a crush washer on the plug and after a few annoying trips to the auto parts store, I finally got it fixed. I figured out that if I tightened the plug just enough it wouldn’t seem like it was leaking oil so I’m assuming that’s what the tech had done to my vehicle. If I didn’t waste as much oil as I did trying to take it back off and put the crush washer on I wouldn’t even be writing this review or I would give them 5 stars. These guys rock! Just make sure you guys are keeping an eye on those washers!”
