“My Kia was stolen last month and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare with obstacles at every turn - if you have a Kia or Hyundai, take steps NOW to protect it from theft. I brought it to Harrod’s for the repairs which was mainly body work, where the window was smashed in and the transmission/wheel cover that was ripped out by the thieves, and likely more but can’t remember off the top of my head after reading the reviews online. I had not used Harrod’s prior to this experience but likely will now for other future repairs or needs and have recommended it to others. Charmagne has been ON IT and has been dealing with my insurance company, Kia, and other business for weeks to make sure my car gets the parts it needs and gets fixed. She has been transparent through the whole process and has reached out multiple times with updates.
