The trainers were great but be sure to set yourself a reminder to cancel your membership or you will get hit with a $200+ charge with no recourse. I was alerted that my membership was expiring by text message (not my preferred way of communicated with a business but not the point) and I informed them that I was on vacation. I admit that I signed a form that alerted me to this but to be fair, that was 6 months prior and I forgot about it. If fact, my friend that I joined with me didn't recall signing that either so I know it is not just me. I hate that I can't in good conscious go back to this gym because I really enjoyed the workouts but the this just feels like a shady trick that big box gyms would do, not something that felt local. Live and learn I guess.

I started Burn bootcamp because it is super convenient to my home but I have stayed because it has reignited my passion for exercise and wellness. Originally I just wanted to drop a few pounds and shape up a bit. After achieving my goal I found that I miss camp if I skip a day. (I have never “missed the gym” EVER). Burn is a quick 45 minute workout that strengthens, tones, torches calories, and increases your resting metabolism the rest of day. I feel fit and toned and I love that I have met so many nice people there. I have my favorite instructors (sure) but they are all great. It feels a lot different then the classes at the Y or working out on my own when my coach welcomes me by name and cheers me on and encourages me to push thru the hardest workouts because they know me. They know my strengths and my weaknesses. I don’t feel invisible but I also never feel like I’m under a spotlight. I plan my day around my camps now. I love it and I have never loved any other gym or workout program like this. They have helped me make my health and wellness a priority and something I get to do instead of have to do.

I’ve been an avid Peloton user for three years, the convenience of Peloton will always keep me a member but there’s something to be said about working out in front of/ with other people! I haven’t pushed myself this hard since I was getting in shape for my wedding. I don’t stop at the three second countdown, and I pick up the heavier weights when they tell me too because they know I can. I’m glad I found such a great group of people that push me to do my best and encourage me to keep going when I want to quit! I’ve only been at Burn for two weeks but the staff, coaches and members have been so welcoming. It already feels like home!

Moved to KY 2 1/2 years ago and I could not get back into a workout routine and when this Burn location opened up in October I finally found my gym. It’s an amazing community and amazing workouts with amazing trainers. I’ve definitely seen some great results. I look forward every day to getting to camp. It’s a part of my daily routine. To Add 2 1/2 years later I am still bleeding Blue and go to Burn 6 days a week. I am stronger than ever and definitely the fittest I’ve ever been. All of the above is still true.

My journey8 month to a day I first time stepped in to the Prospect Burn Boot Camp. I see so many great athletes at camp, your abilities and stamina is incredible. Big inspiration! Thank you all to help me believe in myself.Everyone’s is goals are different, mine is simple: be happy, stop count fails and start count little wins. I caught up in responsibilities, family, work and somehow I was lost in it. I thought that love yourself is accept yourself but I know better now love yourself it is hard work towards be better? We all know eat right food and exercise. But it is not only that. Burn Boot Camp is pushing body limits far from comfort zone every minute and if it takes a village to raise a child, it takes a Boot Camp to have your dreams and goals possible! Burn it out Today is 35 pounds down. Thank you all! Hi five, to claps?

Burn Boot Camp is a supportive community of uplifting and inspiring humans, and knowledgeable and motivating trainers. They make it easy and fun to attend camps, with a variety of times thru the day and home workouts when you cant make it in, as well as provide modifications to any workout if you're recovering from injury. Camps are fun, occasionally themed, and highly motivating to be the best you can be! I've gained noticeable strength since joining and have met amazing people!

Burn Prospect is more than a gym. It is a place where I can find solace from the stress of family, work, and life and center myself and focus on myself for 45 mins while making myself physically and psychologically stronger. Their physical trainers are so encouraging and build you up when you don’t feel you can physically and/or psychologically complete a task by adapting an exercise. Burn Prospect trainers are able to work with a variety of ages, varying physical capabilities, and modify exercises accordingly tophysical impairments with 100% competency. The Burn Prospect Community fromstaff and experienced members are very inviting to new members and drop-ins starting their journey because they have been there and understand how it was that first time stepping over that threshold. Once you step over that threshold, you are not a stranger but part of the Burn Boot Camp family even if you take some time off and decide to return later in your journey. I highly recommend anyone to give Burn Bootcamp -Prospect a try. It will truly change your life!!!

I have been a member at Burn Bootcamp in Prospect for just over 1 year now. It is one of the best workouts I have ever had. What is even better, though, are the trainers at this location. They are passionate about what they do, and they truly care about your well-being. Being part of the Burn Commmunity is an honor. Also, the members are good people that cheer each other on along the way. I remember when I hit my 50th camp, then my 100th camp. It brought tears to my eyes! Any fitness level can join. And, you can attend camps across the Country. Anyone considering that next leap to fitness should at least try it. You won’t be disappointed, and you will make some new friends along the way!

This place should come with a warning... why? Because it will make you crave coming back everyday. You will find yourself waking up with the roosters just to come here. You will never look and feel better. You will start calling all the people sweating next to you friends. In fact, I guarantee you will feel better about yourself and probably won't be able to stop talking about Burn to co-workers and family members. You will find yourself starting sentences with, "this one time at camp..." I highly recommend you try this place, but you've been warned, it's amazing.

If I can do it - you can!!!! It’s the best 45 minute workout, and one of the best parts of my day!I had thought about joining Burn Boot Camp Prospect before – several times actually – starting way back in 2019 when I signed up for the grand opening 30-day trial and then never showed up. The e-mails would come across my computer, and I would glance in the building when I drove by, but I was scared to try something that seemed so overwhelming and intimidating! I was certain I would be out of place, and the doubt and lack of confidence overtook me for a long time. But I FINALLY pushed the fear aside, and stepped in that door for the first time in June 2021 after a friend gave me the push.I was scared of judgment, and not fitting in; but instead, I found a group of strong and capable women who were so incredibly supportive and inspiring! I was hooked from day one…even though I couldn’t walk for three days after starting on a leg day! ?Before Covid started, I was on and off the exercise train; but I never really changed my eating habits, so I would see some results, but never what I was hoping for - or capable of achieving. Without much exercise, and adding in all the free time during Covid to cook for my family, I found myself the heaviest I had ever been. I decided this time to start with the diet and make a complete change to my eating habits. With the help of Burn, I was able to find healthier ways to meet my goals in our focus meetings, and I’ve been so grateful to have the advice and knowledge from the amazing trainers to help guide me to becoming the best me I can be!In total, I’ve lost almost 40 pounds, and since joining Burn, my body fat has dropped over 7%, and I’m down 4 pant sizes!!! I’m the strongest I’ve ever been – mentally and physically! Taking that first step was scary, but I’m so glad I walked through the doors, and I know I’ll never look back. I just wish it wouldn’t have taken me so long to take that first step!

To join Burn Prospect was one big step to a better me. Yes, I might have been struggling through my first camp, ok, first 5 minutes of it: the support I’ve got from the Burn community gave more strength then I thought I had. I truly love and cannot imagine my life with my Prospect Burn family!

Burn Bootcamp Prospect quickly became my 45 minutes of “me” time when I joined in 2019. A place where I’ve made new friends and have found a supportive community - honestly I didn’t know how bad I needed it! I’ve become stronger physically and mentally. Burn Bootcamp Prospect is for ANY fitness level - it does NOT matter your level or experience. I especially love that BURN has taught me to love myself no matter where I am in this journey. Burn Bootcamp Prospect has taught me to focus on Non Scale Victories - which I have embraced. Don’t let the name “Bootcamp” scare you - this is a judgement free and high five zone. The trainers are encouraging, supportive and truly care about each of their members. Give yourself the gift of 45 minutes a day (that’s 3% of your day) to make yourself a priority. You won’t regret it!

BurnBootCamp is so great - The music at Burn is amazing and will get you fired up. Some days I feel like I’m at a rock concert, other days in da club with Fifty, and sometimes living on a prayer in the 80s.I will admit sometimes at 5:30 in the morning when I am dressed in a tutu or 80s get up or even a prom dress depending on what theme day it is I wonder what am I doing here but then the encouragement from the trainers, the whoop whoops and the high fives from the Burn community and that refreshing BigAss fan leave me feeling energized recharged strong and ready to take on the day both physically and mentally. With a full schedule of different camp times and virtual and video options for when you travel you can always find a time to get your Burn on!
