Very nice store. Wasn't expecting the size or how well organized and spacious it is.The staff is friendly and helpful. Whether you are looking for wine, beer, spirits, or mixers, they seem to have it all at reasonable prices.

Called asking for help to stop a Drizly delivery (gift from my boss) because I was called away from home due to family reasons. The man on the phone said no problem, come to the store to pick it up when you can, he was very nice. Got a text that the delivery did try to happen, went to the store and was told that there was no way it could have been returned by the Uber Eats driver. Man would not check, told me I could buy something. Very unhelpful. Will not return to this store.

Some of the nicest folks you'll ever meet and damn good bourbon at the tasting bar. Had Pappy, Stagg, Lee and Blantons and out for under $100!

I come to the prospect location once a week as it's the closest place I know that stocks *** *** e-cigarettes. I buy 2 each time spending $40 a week and have been for almost a year. Out of the hundreds of devices I've bought from this location I've only truly needed to exchange 2 defective devices, once months ago and again today.\nThis is partly because the first time I came with the receipt needing an exchange I was treated like a liar and a criminal. The other cashiers since have apologized and every time I get my 2 devices they give me a receipt saying just in case somethings wrong with it I can bring it back to replace it.\nI go today because the device I have tastes like burnt smoke with no flavor in it and the man on duty lies straight to my face confidently and loudly states we don't do returns on ** ****, once it's bought its bought.\nI explain to him that they specifically ensured I had my receipt in case of this exact situation and only then did he ask what was wrong with it. When I told him he pretended like he didn't have the authority to do it and I'd have to come back tomorrow so the owner could do it.\nI work right up the street at the circle k and sends dozens of customers to this location all the time when we don't have the alcohol they're looking for or they're looking for *** ***s themselves.\nNot only will I never be bringing my business here again, not only will I be loudly voicing my opinion and experience through reviews, but I will no longer recommend this establishment to another soul ever.\nThe disrespect and unprofessionalism has absolutely floored me.

If I could give less than one star I would. This place is not like The Prospect Party Center it once was. Jamie & his staff was willing to help in any way with phenomenal customer service. Evergreen was no help at all, didn't know the products, where the products were located , & would not assist in locating what I was looking for. I used to spend thousands of dollars for all my parties & throughout the year. I will now look elsewhere & highly suggest you do the same. Very upset & disappointed. Bring back Jamie & his staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is great having a store with such a large selection so close to the house. I have been multiple times, the selection is great and the staff members are very friendly and helpful. I am already a regular.

Just had the best experience ever with Carmen! Cannot say that I have ever had better service anywhere. I am so happy to have met her. We live out of town..way out of town...we will be back. We love Carmen!!!
