The owner is quite rude and doesn’t allow people to walk onto open lots without an appointment. Just happened to be in the area and wanted to get a feel for the neighborhood and she called the police on me (around 6:45). Definitely judge-mental and hesitant/ (I use this term loosely) in knowledgeable about the land and ordinances. Told me that I couldn’t have a horse on a ranch and the courthouse said differently. Very combative and held in some animosity for either me or the vehicle I was driving that had gotten into a slight fender bender. Upon making an appointment wanted proof of funds on a 4 million property that could be open to the public at anytime and still needed about 5-6 hundred thousand more in renovations. Just to look at the property before I gave up my financials. All in all once I found out she’d be my neighbor I decided to look at the Paragon group & Deville.

This isn’t a review for EXP Realty in Prospect Ky., but a review of one of its agents named Laikan Pack.Ms. Pack was very responsive initially, but after totally missing an appointment with my wife and I, she decided we weren’t worth the time to apologize and try to “recover” the situation she created.A situation we rearranged our personal and professional schedules for, to fit her schedule. Instead she left us wondering. About 2 hrs. after her missed appointment with us, I approached her via text about a reason(s) for the breakdown in communication, she simply offered empty excuse after excuse.When she did eventually apologize, it felt like an empty gesture, since I had to solicit her about what happened.The only saving grace I suppose ( with no credit to Ms. Pack), is that had her communication and professionalism earned it, we were prepared to offer $30,000 over her asking price of $289,000 for the property!Attention aspiring real estate agents: Lean from this review!

I recently purchased my first home and Noah was amazing. Always available and quick to respond to our needs and, more importantly, our questions and concerns. Buying a home for the first time is overwhelming and a bit intimidating, but Noah and his team made it such an easy process from beginning to end. Run like crazy from this company, they will lie to you and tell you whatever you want to hear in order for them to make their commission. My attorney insisted that they are nothing but a scam. If you hire this real estate company or any of its agents, you will regret it.

Our agent is Scarlet Vogelsang and she is wonderful! It had been 24 years that we have lived in the same home and so this was new to us and found out things have changed. I gave her a hard time in the beginning because I was so nervous :0) but she hung right in there and made it such a pleasurable experience. One of our extended family members needed full time care, we knew it was time to put her home up for sale.
