This is the best subway in the area; however, I ordered a foot long Club and paid the $2 to add bacon. It did not have any bacon. It’s been 10 or so times I’ve ordered at this location and this is their first and only mistake.

Stopped once again to get an ice cream cone once again ice cream machine was not working and out of ice cream employeesall stand around doing nothing and after I paid for my ice cream cone and didn’t get one I suggested maybe I get something else they told me I could have a small drink so I got an iced tea which was about three days stale Employees stood there and watched me the entire time did nothing.

This store has potential but I’ve gotten expired food here before. Today, the bathroom was out of soap and looked like blood on the mirror. Also, two separate locations inside store were out of hand sanitizer.

Stoped on my break, love it! Nice employees, great selection (little grocery store!), and very clean. Love it and will make it a regular break spot!

Best gas station around love coming to this place but this one off 42 in Prospect as the worst fruit granola yogurt cup it just seems like they make a bunch and then set it out. It’s not fresh like any other IGA you can go to.

Teen employees running registers are always on their phones and actively avoiding job. They act annoyed and agitated on check out because customers are disrupting their game play. Not surprising, Female management is also glued to phone. Bonus, Poorly stocked. Charged twice in May for items I never bought. This store would have better customer service if there were self check outs.

5th time in a month I was charged for items that I didn't buy. The cashiers don't look up from their phones, they don't greet you and don't even both looking at you. You have to ask for a receipt and you should. Because that's how you know they have previously rung up items before you got to the counter. Not only are they unapologetic but they blame you for not looking at the register screen to know that they have previous scanned items. What screams scam is the fact that they don't refund items that they fraudulently charged or refund the whole transaction and start again. Instead they use a calculator to add an amount then give you cash versus a refund on your card. They don't account for tax. Again that's thief even if it's small change.
The young men who work here are either on phones or hiding out back. The

A woman named Erin was working on Friday 29 of March. I was checking out and and the woman named Erin was so RUDE!!!! She had a smart mouth, saying random things and laughing. I will NEVER come back to this store ever again!!!!!!

Would give it 5 stars but.......the younger cashiers they have don't say hello or thank you, the whole time they're ringing up with 1 hand while texting or playing a game on phone with other hand (managers in store at time & acted like this was ok with them) Store is very clean & well stocked but after 3 chances I won't be going back.
