I cannot believe this pharmacy is allowed to operate. Kroger needs to shut them down. They never answer their phones and make you wait DAYS for time-sensitive prescriptions such as antibiotics for a tooth infection even though my dentist called it in right away. I could never get a hold of anyone to find out what was going on. I was in pain and with a terrible tooth infection but no antibiotic. Seriously just shut the place down. If you can't staff it, then close it and move on.

If I could give the Prospect Kroger pharmacy 0 stars, I would. My former 2 Kroger pharmacies were way busier since they were in a more densely populated area, but they still managed to do their job. The people here act like they are the busiest, but in reality I've counted 9 people behind the counter and only 2 actually working. These 2 people are lovely, and I feel sorry for them. There is no sense of urgency in anyone else.I've had nothing but issues trying to get my child's medication filled each month. The worst was when I went to pick it up, it wasn't ready, they couldn't tell me when it would be ready, and then texted me it was ready once I was already home. They also NEVER answer the phone, even when they send you a text to call them. It took me 3 days of calling for them to pick up. 0/5. Complete trash.

Rudest cashier ever. Bad enough you wait in line forever for people who have no sense of urgency. Then you get to register to be treated with disrespect and indifference. Kroger should be ashamed.

They might as well not even have phones because they refuse to answer. I have called up there multiple times a day multiple days a week and been waiting for someone to pick up for at least 10 minutes.

It took me 2 full days to get a prescription filled for a much needed and time sensitive antibiotic. Furthermore, they would not answer their phone during that entire time! Relying on this pharmacy for my medications makes me feel like I’m trying to seek medical care in a 3rd world country. Truly appalling.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. I have never experienced such long wait times and terrible service at a pharmacy before. It typically takes between 20-30 minutes to pick up a simple prescription. This is INSANE considering it should take at most 5 minutes. There have been many times I just leave without getting my medications due to the unnecessary wait time. Also, the drive thru is NEVER open. What is the point of having it if it's never going to be staffed? I feel like they don't care about better serving their customers. It is so obvious how upset people are stuck waiting in line, you'd think they'd get a clue. DO BETTER KROGER PHARMACY!!

The worst Kroger pharmacy of all. The drive through is never open (short staffed) and inside lines are always out the door. Our family is switching pharmacy.

This Kroger by far is the worst store and pharmacy I have ever been in. if I could give it a zero I would. The pharmacy is worse than CVS! and that's hard to believe. They refuse to answer the phone or provide any truthful answers to the public. I wish som would build another grocery and pharmacy chain right on top of that store. The management truly needs to be replaced.

Kroger should be embarrased at the low customer service level at the Kroger Pharmacy in Prospect, KY. And, it is not the fault of the staff. Management eternally understaffs the pharmacy causing huge delays in service to it's customers. This morning ther were nine people waiting in line and one(!) window open. (Forget the drive through being open....heaven forbid.) One slight complication causes even more ridiculous delays, let alone trying to get a vaccination. One of the staff reported that "they say we are not meeting our numbers, but until they properly staff us, we never will." Catch 22 Kroger, either do it well and treat your customers and staff better or stop pretending to be a respectable pharmacy.

I would never recommend having a prescription here. In the last two years I have waited at a minimum of 10 minutes or up to an hour in line to talk to the 1 person who works the checkout. I chose this location for convenience. It is anything but that. I can’t wait to move my Rx to another pharmacy.

Horrible! Line takes forever ALL THE TIME…morning, afternoon and evening. Meds aren’t ready when they say they will be. Four other employees standing around appear to be doing nothing but are oblivious to the growing line of customers.It’s a good thing Walgreens even worse.

Understaffed. 5:30pm on a Thursday evening: drive thru was closed. Line inside the store was 15-deep and extended to front entrance of store.

This location has had serious issues for months. It now takes 20 minutes minimum to wait in line and pick up a prescription which has already been prepared and paid. Be sure to call in or order your prescriptions online, because you will not be able to order and pick up in a single visit unless you want to be at Kroger for two hours. Even if you come on your lunch break or early morning, the waits are ridiculous. Kroger needs to hire more people and pay them more to keep their staff.

The pharmacy will not answer the phone at this location. They left me a message to call them, and they do not answer. Frustrating, because they left me a voicemail regarding an appointment that they cannot keep with me.
