My favorite Kroger in the city. Super clean, tons of choices unlike some of the smaller Kroger's. The bakery is always well stocked, the bathrooms are clean. I wish the rest of them were nice like this one.

The Kroger in Prospect constantly runs out of organic milk. This has been an issue for months, forcing me to shop elsewhere. Please stock more consistently!

Working here from out of state. It appears they don't start working on your prescriptions until you show up for pick up. Have to wait "30 minutes" every time.

I go to this Kroger probably 3-4 times a week, very nice store. BUT they don't have enough black shopping baskets, I think they must be down to less than 3 or 4. It's hit or miss if you can find one, and it's been this way for at least six months. I don't buy a cart full of stuff when I go, I just like to carry the basket. I've asked several employees about it-they all say they know about it and don't know what happened to them all! Doesn't really solve the problem, guys. Seems like management should have solved this the first time somebody complained about it.

Exspencive. Used to eat their fried chicken once a week but new recipe is bad. Also cost to much.

I've never had a bad experience at this Kroger. The staff is super helpful and the "You Scan" personnel at night are the best ever. I love those guys.

The only thing I can count on with this Kroger is that the listed price will be less than what I am charged at the register, especially with meat. (And, no, the issue has nothing to do with coupons—digital or otherwise.)

Kroger , does a great job of being in stock.
Never have I had a bad experience with Kroger employees.love the DIGITAL WEEKLY. No one beats the soft drink prices. I do compare weekly.Thank You.

I love shopping for groceries here, but the pharmacy is frustrating. The drive thru is always closed and no one answers the phone. The pharmacy staff are always polite and work quickly, so I assume they are understaffed. It’s just frustrating to drive all the way to the pharmacy without knowing if the drive thru will be open when I get there. It’s unpredictable.

Impossible to reach the pharmacy by phone . They will not answer, even when the prompters tells you to stay on line. Scripts can not be filled on same day. Even my doctors are unable to call in a prescription. Lines for pickup is usually stretched 100 feet or more . Can’t pick up scripts until after 4 pm. This is the worst pharmacy ever. Just close up shop.!…..
