I don't know if the older white gentleman is new, but he either needs to be out of the service industry or take a chill pill. When he pulls out the bread, it is half burnt so I ask for another piece as he's pulling out the other piece, he mumbles under his breath and then says it won't make a difference. I ordered the number 18 and as he went to toast it, he had forgotten the cheese, so I tell him. He brings the sandwich back down to put the cheese on and starts slapping it down like a little kid having a temper tantrum. Service is usually good here. The young gentleman is always good. Today was just bad. Don't be in the service industry if you can't work with customers. I really miss the subway that was by Thorton's.

I think the owner and his family were serving us last time we went there. The sandwiches had generous amounts of ingredients, the service was friendly and competent. We liked our sandwiches. Nice clean restrooms too. Earlier times there, we also had the displeasure of dealing with the "rude girl". Hopefully she is no longer working there.

Not worth the walk to the front door Dairy Queen is just around the corner for fast food. Foods not fresh at subway, if you want fresh in the area just drive to Kroger.

The girl that always works at this location is SO rude. Every single time we’ve gone in she has a nasty attitude and acts like you’re an inconvenience to her. I’ve even asked for the owners info to let them know how their store is being ran but of course she wouldn’t give it to me. We will never go back to this location.

Pretty sad sandwich. I ordered the Turkey Cali Club. I don't expect a 1/4lb of meat, but I expect more than 2 thin slices of turkey. The order board said "sliced avocado", it was avocado puree in a bag. Did not taste like fresh avocado. Restaurant was extremely hot, easily 80+ degrees. Service was slow, but with only 2 employees amd one in training it was to be expected. I live in the area and have stopped coming due to past issues. Those seem to be fixed, but now they have new ones. Nothing today convinxed me to try them again anytime soon.

I have been to many many subways and this one is just horrible. They are so cheap and stingy with the food. Literally trying to cut the amount of meat and telling me it is only two paper thin slices per sandwich and only putting one handful of brown lettuce in a $10 salad. Yes $10 for a side salad at best. Not enough for a lunch. So $30 on bread and an empty salad bowl. And she was argumentative when I asked for more sauce on the sandwich. Only go there if you like to spend top dollar on the worst subway lunch you will find. Shameful. Will never go back to that location.

TRASH! If I could say ZERO STARS I wouldStaff is trash, and prices change damn near daily. They don’t make anything right at all either.Highly recommend not supporting this location. Drive down the street, TRUST ME!

Went today for lunch around 2:30-- girl that was working was very rude! She actually rolled her eyes at us a few times when I asked a question!! No wonder they have a now hiring sign up!! Nobody wants to work with her I'm sure. She is definitely in the wrong profession!! Sandwiches were supposed to be hot, both were cold! I asked if they were going to be hot and that's when she acted like that was a d*** question and rolled her eyes! Will never go back. Since when aren't you suppose to let subway know if you want sandwich hot or cold, thought it was up to customer!

I’ve been to this Subway at least a dozen times because the only other options are papa John’s or McDonald’s and it’s the worst subway in the city. Skimpy portions always… who wants 3 triangles of cheese on their footlong?
