I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by a man named johnny, in all my years of life ive never felt such a warm welcome than the one i received from johnny, he helped me return my package in a jiffy, whoever owns the store should raise his pay.

I went to this ups store to mail a box. The lady who was helping me was nice but this guy who was standing next to her was very rude and obnoxious; he started answering my questions when I was not even talking to him. When I said the other ups store in Springhurst was charging less for mailing this box he said “ok take it to them” and started moving away the box rudely. I felt I was being talked down to——-he was clearly behaving like that because of my different hair color or different accent. I was obvious that he was very annoyed and angry when I said other ups store was charging five dollars less then them. He definitely needs to learn that every customer is important and if the customer has a question or a concern, he should answer them politely and professionally, instead of becoming obnoxious and rude.

I presented a coupon for free document shredding that I had printed from the internet, with the Prospect store listed as a participating location. The store refused to take it and the man assisting the women at the counter was rude and dismissive. He stated that the store did not control their own website and would not honor the coupon. This is not the first discrepancy, and it is very difficult to get a kind employee in this store.
