This is my backup pharmacy when my primary Walgreens is out of something. I don’t have the words for how inept the pharmacy staff is. They will NEVER answer the phone. Every time I need to speak to the pharmacy, I have to call the store up front and get a manager to tell them to answer the phone. Just now, a young cashier took my information to have the pharmacist call me back. The pharmacist instead assumed my question and made the cashier call me to tell me they don’t have anything for me. Livid doesn’t begin to encompass how frustrating this is. It’s been an hour and I still don’t have my baby’s prescription any closer to being filled.

Absolutely terrible. Like everyone else said, they never answer the phone there is a phantom caller ahead of you every time. Has been bad for years but just keeps getting worse and worse. Prescriptions rarely filled without some sort of delay or trouble.

Never in my years of using this pharmacy has a prescription been ready on time. Doctors will send in prescription and I have gone over 24 hours later to pick them up and they'll say they're still working on them. I went over 3 days past my dr sending in a prescription for them to say they're still working on it and to give them an hour. Went back 4 hours later and still was not ready. This is consistent with every prescription i've ever picked up from this location. Incredibly poor sense of urgency or care whatsoever.

Waited six days for a prescription to be filled. They NEVER answer the phone. Called multiple times, multiple days and on hold in perpetuity. When they did answer, they didn't speak. They just put me back on hold again. Why accept a request to fill medication if you do not have enough staff to actually deliver what you say you will.

On hold for the pharmacy for over 30 minutes with only “one caller ahead of you”. Gave up and went to a different pharmacy.

I just went out of my way to get a prescription at 6:15 on a Friday, but there was no one in the pharmacy. Their own phone recording, Google, and the Walgreens website says that they are open until 9 p.m. M-F.

If I could zero stars I would. All I will say is that no one should have to suffer waiting for their medication to be filled. Yet it has happened more than once. Do with that information what you will. Just know we have transferred our prescriptions elsewhere.

This pharmacy has the absolute worst service of any place I’ve ever been. I sat in the drive-through lane behind one car for 25 minutes and then when they finally moved forward, I sat there for another 10 minutes and no one ever came to the window. I tried calling five times and never got through to anyone after holding for more than 20 minutes. Completely ridiculous.

This is the worst Walgreens around. 5.5 hours to fill a basic antibiotic script and had to keep coming back to be told it wasn't ready.

Whatever they are doing is just not working. No one answers the phone (waited on hold 2hrs), they don't do what they say (requested refill, confirmed twice, still not filled). I honestly don't know why I haven't transferred my prescriptions before now.

Typically I get five star service at this Walgreens and love the staff !!! Tried calling twice for the pharmacy was on hold 38 minutes for the first time in 24 minutes the second time same message one Colorado me but no one ever answered not sure if you have a phone problem or it’s off the hook or what’s going on but you might want to check that out.

This location has went down hill.Walked in a few days ago to pick up a prescription, the interior was trashed. Trash on the floor, empty shelves with trash on them. By the looks of things it had been left in that state for awhile. My Dr. had e-transferred my prescription over to them at least 30 min before I got there. The tech behind the counter informed me they did not have it. OK, no problem, Went home, waited an hour and called back, nope still do not have my prescription in the system. Called my Dr's, they confirmed that they had sent it over and sent it over again, since my DRs assistant knew I needed to get on the those meds sooner than later, she called what I am guessing is a top secret number for Dr only. The Pharmacy reported that my prescription had been filled for 2 hours... It had not been two hours since the original prescription was sent over. So I head back down there, pick up my prescription and guess what the time stamp on their paper work stated that the prescription had only been filled a few minutes prior to me arriving the second time.Don't insult my intelligence by lying to me. Tell me you are understaffed, behind what ever, just do not lie.The next day for my next prescription was not much better. I normally use a mail order pharmacy, this time I needed my prescriptions filled in real time. Their service proved to me that I had made the correct choice using mail order. Really have no reason to go back in that store.

Workers are slow and just don’t care. Take the extra 5 minutes and go to CVS in holiday manor.
