Prayers to those that have to deal with this pharmacy. Their automated system will tell you a prescription is ready when it isn’t. Then the pharmacy tech’s suggestion to get around this is to call them to find out the time…but you will be on the phone for minimum 20 minutes (if they answer at all. they usually don’t)
You will never speak to the same person twice, and will get a separate answer on when the prescription will be ready each time.

What a joke you guys are
20 minute hold time I ask if you had both COVID-19 vaccines and the answer was yes went to schedule it online and it would let me schedule at your location which is a mile from me. It would let me schedule one who’s 15 miles from me go figure.

New in area and was glad to see a Wal-greens as that is what I used in Georgia. However - this Wal-greens is not the one you want. Pharmacy is always closed. No-one ever answers the phone. Employees are rude - not to me but I witnessed store employees being rude to customers.

HUGE shout out to Jack (kid at the cashier) and Monica (manager). Working PA on a featured film shot in the local area and needed to print out and hole punch some scripts for director. I purchased two binders but couldn’t find a hole puncher in store nor near area. The two of them allowed me hole punch scripts, and possibly saved my job! Walgreens really do care about their neighborhood patrons. Excellent customer service and very caring. Good luck at UK Jack! May God bless you both

I tried to return $4. Item with receipt 2 days after supposedly a 30 day return policy. I asked for manager & an employee who evidently was not a manager came to counter. When I asked where on receipt it said 30 days she said” do you think I am lying”.when I said “ no I did not say you were lying I simply asked how am I supposed to know that rule”? . She then started walking away & said very loud” I don’t like your attitude, I said and I don’t like yours either. She then proceeds to yell across the store” don’t come back”, & continued loudly talking to another employee that is why she hates to work at this store because of the people that live here. The manager finally came to the counter & showed on back of receipt in very tiny print about what happens without a receipt after 30 days. Then snarkly told me to have a nice day. I sent two complaints to corporate & which I was told they will look into it. The store gave me a card to use , I can’t understand not giving a return to save a possible return customer, but with the rude and outrageous behavior of the employee & total lack of concern from manager I am not surprised. The parking lot is only filled with employees cars away from building, very few customers. There were two who heard the entire rude display while I was there.

7 employees in the pharmacy and only 2 actually doing anything. The other 5 were just messing around telling jokes. I was standing at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone said anything.

Poorly run, under staffed pharmacy. Drive up window has been out of order for weeks. Closed in the evenings and on the weekends for the past few months as well.

The Pharmacy at the Prospect location is horrible. They are no longer open on weekends which makes very long lines during the week. One of the girls behind the counter was eating food while talking with customers, who does that?? They really should close until they can get it together.

The unprofessional, rude, and condescending attitude from the employees at this location is astounding. Closing during business hours with no warning, not correctly counting meds, not filling prescriptions in a timely manner, not answering the phone, hanging up when they do answer the phone, and general incompetence in running a business is even more shocking. I would not be surprised if someone ends up ill or dead due to these fools. A complaint has been filed with the board of pharmacy.

The pharmacy is just awful. It’s all about the people you employ Walgreens!Either a huge line , 15+ people waiting, or , like the other day, no one waiting (yeah), I stand at the counter whilst the 4 ladies behind the counter continue their chit chat, 2 of them could see me waiting, but they just continued with their casual talk…I just had to wait until they finished, then they attended to me… so sad, they just don’t care.Very poor customer service !!
