I had a great experience with 2 Vets Inspections! I worked with Matthew from a distance prior to moving to KY and the process was smooth. The report was thorough, well-organized, complete with photos, and contained details of issues that are present in the house with his recommendations. His findings were easy to understand and the final report was released a couple of days after the inspection. It's clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their clients. Evan was great, he found issues i didn't notice, some expensive and the homeowner refused to make any repairs or lower the price. I walked away. Its better to be out a $500 inspection than get stuck with 10-20k in repairs.

I was very satisfied with the quality work that two vet did for me on the inspection of the house that I was looking to buy. The details they provided when I was looking to buy the house allowed me to make a good quality decision on every level. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again.

the inspection was informative, professional, didn't miss anything. i really enjoyed the inspection will learning quite a bit. i am a war veteran and it was nice talking about the military and south Korea which we have both been to in the military. very professional. i will recommend them to everyone. keep up the good work 👍👍 thank you. they are on your side.

My wife and I bought a house in KY from MA! We were not able to be present for our inspection. 2 Vets coordinated with our realtor to make the inspection happen and keep the ball rolling with our purchase. 2 Vets will get the job done right the first time!

Matt was an amazing inspector - he is very thorough and candid in his feedback verbally during the inspection and in the entirety of the report. When I first contacted 2 Vets to schedule the inspection, I shared some of my areas of concern that I wanted to make sure that the inspection covered. Matt went above and beyond --- even crawling under the home in a very tight (almost impassable) crawl space. My husband and I are looking for a property at the lake to relax --- not take on more headache and stress for repairs. It is very comforting to have the guidance from an inspector who is very honest & knowledgable. HIGHLY recommend the service to anyone who is in the market for purchasing a home!
